Shipping information

Strive Compounds ships research-use material from a temperature-controlled facility in the United States. The notes below describe what to expect between placing an order and the box arriving at your lab.

Processing window

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern on a business day are typically prepared and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on US federal holidays are prepared on the next business day. Zelle-based orders enter the processing window once payment confirmation is matched to the order.

Packaging

Each order is packed in an insulated shipper with a coolant pack sized to the estimated transit window. Vials are cushioned to reduce impact during handling. Institutional accounts can request extended cold-chain packaging for longer routes at quote time.

Carriers and transit

Domestic orders move via major US carriers with tracking. Typical ground transit is two to five business days depending on destination; expedited options can be arranged for time-sensitive experiments. A tracking link is emailed as soon as the label is scanned by the carrier.

Delivery and handoff

We recommend shipping to an address that is staffed during business hours. If a package is delayed or arrives with visible damage, refuse the delivery when possible and contact us the same day so we can open a carrier claim and coordinate a replacement or credit.

International shipping

International shipments are handled case by case. Reach out with the destination country and compound list before placing an order so we can confirm feasibility, documentation requirements, and expected transit before charging anything.
