Welcome to Strive Compounds ("Strive," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, catalog, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you satisfy these requirements and that you are acquiring information solely for lawful research purposes.

2. Research Use Only

All compounds referenced on this site are sold and described strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. Products are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, or diagnostic purposes. You agree to handle all materials in accordance with applicable laws and safety standards.

3. Amino Club Membership

"Amino Club" is our optional loyalty program offering members access to preferred pricing, early releases, and periodic promotional credits. By enrolling, you agree that:

• Membership benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Any recurring membership fee is billed on a rolling basis (monthly or annual, as selected) and auto-renews until you cancel via your account or by emailing us.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; previously charged membership fees are non-refundable.
• Strive may modify, suspend, or terminate Amino Club at any time. Accrued credits expire 12 months after issuance or upon account closure, whichever is first.
• Abuse of promotions, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms results in immediate forfeiture of member benefits without refund.

4. Orders, Pricing & Availability

Pricing displayed in the catalog is for informational reference and may change without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where suspected of resale, misuse, or non-research purpose.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are sensitive research materials, we maintain a strict refund policy:

• All sales are final once an order has shipped.
• Refund or replacement requests for products damaged in transit or shipped in error must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery, with photo evidence and the original order number.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping charges, membership fees, and promotional credits are non-refundable.
• We do not accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products.

6. Chargebacks

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will contact Strive at support@strivecompounds.com to resolve any billing dispute before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
• Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us, or in bad faith (e.g., "friendly fraud" on an order you received), constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in: (a) permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of any Amino Club benefits, (b) referral to collections and reporting to card networks and fraud databases, and (c) recovery of the disputed amount plus a $25 administrative fee, chargeback processing fees, and any reasonable legal and collection costs.
• Delivery confirmation, IP logs, and identity verification records may be submitted as evidence in dispute proceedings.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; reshipment due to customer-provided address errors is at your expense.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to (a) use any product for human or veterinary consumption, (b) resell or redistribute products, (c) misrepresent any product's intended use, or (d) use the Services in violation of any applicable law, including FDA, DEA, or export regulations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strive's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Strive in the 90 days preceding the claim. In no event shall Strive be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strive and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of any product, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
